- Invite your participants to the call and give them the Toll Free 800 number and PARTICIPANT passcode that has been assigned to your account.
- Our conferencing service is 24/7 and doesn't require any form of scheduling or operator intervention.
- All Callers call in using the same toll free 800 number.
- All Participants use the same passcode (These codes are permanent and will not change).
- You DO NOT need to call us to setup your call.
- The leader code is the key that unlocks the call so unless the leader is present participants cannot speak amongst themselves (It is possible to remove this security feature if you choose).
- In general it is a good rule that the leader appears on the call in advance of the scheduled time in order to moderate the call and eliminate any possible confusion.
- The leader code is confidential and therefore should be kept confidential.
