| How to Record and Playback a Conference Call |

Recording: - As the leader enters the call immediately press *2 on the telephone keypad.
- The user will be prompted to name the conference -- then will enter a number (self-selected) followed by the # key.
- The system will confirm the "name" entered then instruct the user to press 1 to begin recording.
- When 1 is pressed the system will confirm that conference recording has begun.
- The recording will end when the leader hangs up.
Hard Copies: You can request a hard copy of your conference by calling 866-983-0700 or via email at customerservice@budgetconferencing.com. You will need to reference the conference name, i.e. the number assigned when you pressed *2 to record the conference. The cost for this service is $30 for the CD plus shipping. Turn around time is usually under 48 hours. Playback: - The leader can replay his/her conference call by dialing the same 800# and passcodes used to originally establish the call.
- Press *3 to playback the recording.
- The system will ask you for the file name to playback.
- Using the keypad enter the number of the call (this is the number which you assigned from step 2 in the "record a call" section).
- All recordings are kept on the bridge for 30 days at no charge.
