The facilities (circuits) required for all conference calls are pre-allocated and reserved at the time they are scheduled. If only one or more callers can't get through, it's likely a long distance carrier problem. Have them use a "dial around" or 10XXX number and try again. Hope this helpful.Thanks for your support. |
